Good morning, beloved of God,
The Lord had much to teach me in the day yesterday. This lighthouse is a good reminder to me of all He taught me. He is my light and my direction and my soul. Blessed be the name of the Lord. Blessed be the glorious name. To speak it aloud is good for the heart and soul..
You see, I am a frail creature. I really am. I have to learn lessons over and over. I picture Jesus taking my head into his lap and gently pushing the hair out of my eyes. Calming my swept up emotions…blah! Why do I have to keep learning things over and over?
I worry, I give up my fears, I take them back, I give them up…and the whole time the Lord knows this stumbled and falling exhausted…so He picks up His servant…and reminds..
28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not faint or grow weary; there is no searching of His understanding.
29 He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound].
30 Even youths shall faint and be weary, and [selected] young men shall feebly stumble andfall exhausted;
31 But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change andrenew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faintor become tired.

Joy. The more I can have, the more I can shake off the tar of this life, oh, the more I love my life and enjoy. I cannot tell you how much more I am enjoying life as I let go of fear. Playing Sorry at the library with the boys. Building a tent in the backyard last night with everyone and the kids slept in it last night…had a campfire last night. Roasted marshmallows. I read aloud.
Letting go of the baseless fear stuff…and I find if I take it aloud with Joshua to a logical end…there is none…do you understand what I mean by this? When has God not provided for our needs? When has God not taken care of us? He has always provided for our needs. Always. Many times in fantabulous (ya, it’s not a word.) ways and I’m here to tell you look back at the early days of my blog to see one of them. It’s an amazing story.
Well, my tent ducklings are up and at ’em. I’m out…
Pray on beloved. Pray on.
