A place to learn, be encouraged, and keep our eyes on Jesus.

Memories

Looking through pictures of Christmas past. Remembering those who have gone before us. Singing “Silent Night” at the end of Christmas Eve services year after year. Remembering singing with my Grandpa and Grandma.

Heirloom by Amy Grant

I stop here and say, Lord, thank you for the child that has been born for us. Thank you for giving us your precious son. I know that one day the government will rest squarely on his shoulders. We now can call your son:

“For to us a Child shall be born, to us a Son shall be given; And the government shall be upon His shoulder, And His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭9‬:‭6‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Each name has such significant meaning and purpose. You have come to this earth and you will come again. We are in the here and not yet. So we pause and give thanks. We turn our face to you.

Merry Christmas, friends.

Broken hallelujah.
